I have been getting a number of messages asking me why my prices are so high and why the cost of shipping is so much again.

I wanted to make some things clear.

-Commission prices are much higher than premade straight sell plush because they require me to order new materials and draft a new pattern. New patterns are very time consuming. Materials are only getting more expensive, especially with the rising cost of shipping. They take much longer to make and a lot more effort to create than straight sell plush.

-The cost of shipping items overseas is much more expensive than the cost for shipping them in the US. In addition, I cannot print first class international postage through Paypal. This means I must take these items to the post office to have them mailed. My work days are very long (I spend an average of 16-18 hours a day working, including my weekends, between my full time studio job, comic flatting freelance, plush making, illustration commissions, and my own comic development). I must take at least 40 minutes of time, unpaid, out of my day to stand in line at the post office, which is always insanely slow and has rather bad service. Time is extremely valuable to me. I often undercharge for international postage to certain locations as it is.

If you cannot afford the cost, or you simply think it is overpriced, you are entitled to your opinion. But sending me notes or leaving rude messages will not change my pricing, and if you continuously complain about my commission prices, shipping prices, that my commissions are not open for you right now, that I won't give out patterns, etc. I will have to block you. It is a waste of my time and energy when I could be making more money to help afford to move out of the toxic environment I am currently stuck in.

Thank you for respecting this.

I do not watch/fav/comment on artwork from this account :) Thank you for your kind feedback and I apologize that I do not find time to answer very many comments or notes. I appreciate your support though!

I am currently extremely busy and plush are my side hobby, so it may take me a considerable amount of time to complete my list. Thank you for understanding!
